| General Account Information |
This small information panel on left displays your assigned space, email, database and bandwidth quota. It also tells you a quick report of your quota usage. |
| General server information |
This information panel on left displays servers information, installed software and version information. It also links you to a server status page. You can also access the CPanel detailed documentation from this panel. |
| Disk Usage |
This small utility allows you to monitor the files and folders on your account by their disk usage. This helps a lot in keeping your web site clean of unnecessary file. |
| Contact Update |
There is a link at the top of the main screen of CPanel which allows you to update your email within CPanel. Please keep this email up to date for receiving critical account and server emails. |
| Change Password |
This icon allows you to update your password. Keep your password safe and always change it frequently. In case you forget this password just let us know and we will reset it for you. |

| Parked Domains |
A parked domain allows you to reach your domain when entering the name of the parked domain into a browser. For example you can park / point example.net to your main example.com domain. Please note that only one domain is included free with each package. |
| Sub Domains |
Sub Domains allow you to access different directories by using a "sub" domain name which you do not have to register. For example, if you want to access help on your site, you can create help.example.com and link it to the directory that your help pages are in. |
| Redirects |
Allows you to add a redirected URL on your domain name. e.g. You can define example.com/redirect to redirect automatically at example.org |
| Add on Domains |
An add-on domain allows you to reach a "sub-domain" when entering the name of the add-on domain into a browser. For example you can park / point example.net to your sub-domain help.example.com. Please note that only one domain is included free with each package. |

| Manage Email Accounts |
You can have the email account of your own choice ending with your own domain name. E.g. sales@example.com, support@example.com.
Please note that the total space allocated to your account is shared by your all resources. |
| Web Mail Access |
You can access your emails from multiple web based interfaces. Currently we support Horde and Squirrel Mail. Both these clients are feature rich and provide flexibility of your email and contacts without the need to set up any email client. |
| Catch All Email |
Catch all email allows you to receive emails sent to different email addresses on your domain. You can set up your mail account as a catch all email address. All mails to any address like sales@example.com and support@example.com will be sent to your main account. |
| Spam Assassin |
Spam Assassin allows you to create a set of rules to filter out junk emails on your domain before reaching into your inbox. |
| Virus Scanning |
An online virus scanner is available in you account to scan the emails and even web pages in your account. A regular scan is recommended to keep your web space and emails clean. |
| Mail Exchanger (MX) |
You can specify your own Mail Exchanger (MX) Entries to use your own mail server to process emails e.g. Microsoft Exchange. As with any other easy or complex feature we are happy to help you out in setting this up. |
| Email Domain Forwarding |
You can forward all of your emails received on all of your email accounts. For example if you are want to forward email sent to every address ending @example.net to your main accounts ending in example.com use this feature. |
| Email Forwarders |
Unlike domain email forwarders you can set up a forwarder on an individual email address. This allows you to receive the email sent on different email addresses in your one inbox. |
| Auto Responders |
You can set up auto responding email addresses using your account. e.g. Information request email address e.g. info@example.com |
| Mailing Lists |
Mailing lists can be used to send messages frequently to a large number of email addresses for things such as newsletters, product updates, and more. Please note that we have a strict policy against SPAM. |

You can access your web space via any FTP client. You can also set up multiple FTP accounts. An FTP account can also be limited to access only a specific sub-domain / directory. |

| Web Based File Manager |
A web based file manager is provided to give you quick access to your web space. |
| Password Protected Directories |
You can password protect your directories to allow limited access to desired username and password holders. |
| Daily & Weekly Server Backup |
We backup all files on the servers each night to a separate hard drive with daily and weekly archives stored (and in some cases monthly). These backups are not available for single file/folder recovery but saved for an unlikely event of hardware failure. Customers are strongly recommended to download their own backups from the feature provided in the control panel. |
| CPanel Backup |
You can easily create the full website, home directory and/or database only backup into a compressed zip / tar file. Please keep and updated copy of server backup on your local systems. |
